About Dr. Ambrish Singal

Dr. Ambrish Singal is a senior psychiatrist, neuropsychiatrist, certified sexologist, and de-addiction specialist with 28 years of comprehensive clinical experience. He holds MBBS and MD Psychiatry degrees, along with fellowships from the Indian Psychiatric Society (FIPS) and memberships in the American Psychiatric Association and World Psychiatric Association.

After completing his MD Psychiatry from Government Medical College, Amritsar, Dr. Singal honed his skills at Mental Hospital Amritsar and the prestigious Christian Medical College (CMC) Ludhiana. He then spent 11 distinguished years at Fortis Hospital Mohali, eventually rising to Director & Head of the Department of Psychiatry, a position he held from 2014 to 2023.

Currently, Dr. Singal runs his private practice from 704 HT Towers, Sector 79, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), where he provides comprehensive psychiatric care including drug de-addiction programmes, sexual health consultations, and treatment for the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions. His practice covers neuropsychiatric disorders, drug de-addiction, sexual health, and geriatric psychiatry.
